Head out with Andrea around Napier to learn how to forage some delicious herbs & natives.
Andrea will talk you through how to forage safely and teach you his favourite plants that you probably never even knew were edible!
Once you have found what you need you will head back to the bar and learn how to use what you foraged to create delicious cocktails.
Includes;
30-45 minutes foraging session
Foraged Gin & Tonic on arrival at bar
60 minutes cocktail class. - Learn how to make cocktail ingredients
- Learn how to make (and drink) two cocktails
